I have a 2003 I bought it used from a dealership without a manual. The first really cold day I owned it the turnsignals quit working. When I use the key fob to lock/unlock the doors the signals all flash. I'm assuming that because of this the bulbs are fine. Any ideas as to what this could be.

 

i thinkthe turn signal relay is bad, check to see if your hazards work. if those dont work, its probably your relay, my passat had that problem. kind of frustrating when your turning and your signal isnt working.
