Default 03 Jetta O2 sensor replacement

I need to replace the O2 sensor on my 03 Jetta GLS. I think it's located in the center-rear of my engine. Is this correct? Next, are there any special tools I need to replace it? Do I need to simply unbolt it from the engine block and replace it, or is it more complicated than that?

Thanks in advance

I couldnt really tell you where they are on your car but on my 94 gl there seen from under the car. Its the only wires comin from your exaust besides your egr which is on the back/bottom of your intake. All youll need is a 15mm maybe bigger wrench and be sure to un hook your o2 wire and reset your car. Just unhook your battery for the time you put the new one in. If you have a stock radio make sure you have your theft code to turn your radio back on.

Make sure befor you do it though cause times change from 94 to 03. They might be hard as hell to get to. Just incase i make myself look stupid. Is the gls a v6 or 4cylinder?
