i have just replaced my battery on my 1994 golf gti and after connecting it,the alarm keeps going off every 30 secs....i close the bonnet and lock the doors...this turns the alarm off,but when i unlock a door and open it the alarm sounds again,thus immobilising it.....is there a way of turning off the immobiliser....there is no fuse in the fuse box....can anyone help??...

 

i was shown on my gti useing thekey in the rear hatch/door turned the alarm off so you can use thekey to lock/unlock the door ) i did not get the remote/key with the used car
