i have an 93 volks wagon golf and i didnt drive it last winter but i started ita couple times each month then i went out there the other day the battery was dead soo i took it off and charged it and i put it back on. but now it wont start. you all got clues why it wont start?

try locking and unlocking the doors might have reset alarm

 

what kind of a spark plug are you running? the gold coated ones are great for the winter and i swear ive seriously seen it happen.
you didnt happen to replaced the diesel fuel for non regular karosene,(you'd probablyremember if you had)like the **** the pro's use???
