Belt Slapping

Belt Slapping

Guy do you have any idea why this belt is slapping the way it is. Car has new timing belt, new cam, new tension pully assembly, all the pulls move free and smooth. This only happens at idle. when I give it throttle is smooths out pretty good. when motor is off belt is tight like it should be. Cant figure it out for the life of me. I tried to upload a video but it won't up load a 7 second video any one know how to do that? Any information is a help thank you all..

I have started the car without the belt on and there is no noise and sounds normal.
