2001 Volkswagen Golf GTI 1.8t vacuum issues
Hello everyone, I'm needing a little help with figuring out a vacuum issue I'm having with my VW Golf GTI 1.8t. A couple months ago my turbo went out on me due to the retaining nut on top coming loose inside and chewing up the fins on the turbine and the oil pickup tube getting clogged and not circulating oil thru the turbo. I've since replaced the turbo and the turbo seems to be doing great. The issue I'm having now is I've seemed to have lost my main vacuum or something. I now have no power brakes, it idles really rough too. I've been searching everywhere online for a complete vacuum diagram for my vehicle, but haven't been able to find one at all. Can anyone help me out here. It's a 2001 Volkswagen Golf GTI 1.8t with a manual transmission.
