Im thinking about buying a 2000 GTi 1.8t and I know that the turbo is different from the 01' on models and that it produces less horsepower. So what I was wondering is how hard is it to swap a turbo from a newer 1.8t for the older one or if it would be a better idea to just buy a larger after market turbo?

 

I dunno but me personally I would get the aftermarket one.
