Hi all, I just was wondering if someone could give sugestions to a littlle problem I am having with my VW. Its a 1995 VW GOLF 3 and sometimes when I push on the gas it surges a little bit well kinda jerks about 3 to 4 times no matter what gear usually. It is manual trans. and has the 2.0 motor in it. it does it even more when it is cold. Thanks for anyones help and opinions.

 

Have you checked the fuel filter? That's a place to start. I wish I could help but I'm not the best when it comes to that stuff. Did you take it to a VW mechanic? They usually know best. Good luck.
