I am buying my first car and have narrowed my choices down to these three. I'll be getting a 2010 model and driving an automatic. It would probably be a Fit Sport, Mazda3 5 door, or the gas powered Golf. I know the Fit crushes on fuel economy, but it seems the Mazda and VW may be more fun to drive, not to mention better looking. Please suggest.

 

I havn't had the chance to drive a new Golf. But, the older models are fun to drive and the do good on gas. I have a 98 Jetta and it handles very good and reliable.
