Hi All, further to my previous message 2 days ago, I've now had a diagnostic check carried out and have been told that it needs a replacement control unit....but they would like to charge a little over £350 for the privilege. On hind sight i should have asked which ECU it was that needs replacing as i thought that there would only be one. Does anyone know which ECU it is that operates the remote locking and where it is located in the car? (its a mark 4 tdi)
