Parasitic Battery Drain
Mk5 Golf 2006 1.6 FSI Auto.
I have a parasitic Battery drain which occurs through 2 fuses in the Passenger Fusebox (12 (10amp) & 23 (30amp) I believe).
Both these fuses are related to the Door Control Modules.
Removing both fuses stops the battery from draining.
All Door & Windows functions are working normally on all Doors.
Are these modules DIY replaceable?
or do they need coding after replacement?
Is there a common fault that might explain the drain?
