Hi All, I just replaced the oil cooler gasket (2000 Cabrio) and I'm still seeing oil leaking down the backside of the filter. I'm confident in the job being done correctly and am hoping for suggestions as to where look next. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Oil leaks aren't easy to find as the oil spreads. You need to clean it of with Gunk to investigate.

 

Thanks Keith. I'm starting the job over and beginning with exactly that. It will definitely be easier to find the leak by cleaning first. Thanks so much for the reply Keith.
