Guys i really need some help....

ive got a mk4 1.4 golf, last year i bought a R32 and like an idiot i left my 1.4 parked up and have used it at all.

yesterday i started my 1.4 up but the prob i have now is it doesnt go into gear, its fine with the engine off so think it could be the clutch...

does anyone have some wise words to help this problem....
