Car stopped while going along becuase i fiddled with the key.


I now realise that my last chipped key seems to be void ( cranks but does not fire).


I have immo errors but i cant interpret...using shareware/pirate vcds


So,


what is key matching?

can i get a pin from the immo and if so what would i do with it

Can i reset the immo unit

can i disable the immo unit

Can i order a fresh key chip


the car has been idle for 3 months. I live in thailand local dealer useless

Can anyone tell what the immo codes mean..help!

 

You need to get your motor scanned (preferably with VAG-COM\VCDS) for any error codes logged in the ecu and post them, that will save a lot of guessing and check systems out.
