Default ECU Coding

Hi All,
I need an ECU to replace a water damaged one for a friend.
The problem is i can not get the exact same one locally.
I was wondering if the following would work and how to get them coded?
The engine is AEH
The original is: Siemens 06A 906 019 CN, 5WP4439
But i can only get: 06A 906 019 BQ, 5WP4448 or 5WP4459

Would it work??

Thank you

I dont worry about the immo. I can sort it out.

What about the software coding/engine management? Are they compatible?
