Default 97 Golf 2.0L - What or where is the location of the LEAK DETECTION PUMP

Where is the leak detection pump located? The vacuum hose slipped off it and I can't find the silly thing. A photo of where it is or just a detailed description of it's location would be great and thanks.

Which model do you have as a petrol one doesn't use a vacuum pump but a diesel does?

Not sure how to find signature. This car as I stated in the subject is a 1997 Golf 2.0L. It has a gas engine and I am trying to find out where the leak detection pump is located so I can reinstall this blasted hose. Thanks

If you click on the blue bar along the stop where it says Quick Links the drop down box says Edit Signature just add your details and click on Preview Signature so you can see what it looks like, when it looks ok click on Save Signature job done.
