I'd write techtonics about it first and see what they say.

So they tell you it's the throttle body? I'd check for a vacuum leak first. Maybe you knocked one loose while you were working on it. Then try resetting your ecu by disconnecting you battery cables and holding them together for about 2 min. If that doesn't help it is probably your idle control valve which unfortunately I heard is around $300. I don't know why it would go out the same time as the install.

Just disconnect the battery cables and hold them together for 2 minutes. That drains the residual power from the ecu. Then reconnect the cables and start the car. Let it idle for about 5 min then take it on a 10 min drive in order for it to learn all it's settings. It will drive pretty badly for a few minutes but once everything is learned it will drive normal again.
