Looking for help/advice. My 85 GTI/1.8 is sometimes hard to start. sometimes she fires right up, I get somewhere and it can take some time to fire back up.

Sometimes it fires and then imediately shuts down, once started she runs like a champ.

I have tested the cold start valve and changed a coila and ignition control module, new plugs, wires and cap.

Any advice appreciated.
