Default 2000 Golf trouble starting when warm

I have a 1.4 Petrol Golf from 2000. Which is having trouble when starting from warm. The engine turns over but dos not engage. I read that this can be an ignition pack problem so I ordered one off eBay and replaced it myself. The engine seems to start a bit better but can still take a good few cranks to start (3 or 4 seconds worth) to kick in if warm. Is there something else I can check/replace to fix this?

Thanks!
