1999 Golf IV - Owners Manual download and OBC instructions
Hello - I am seeking [1] a [freeware] download of the Owner's Manual for a 1999 Golf IV and [2] instructions for changing the units [ie: from km/l to mpg] on the onboard computer - Please advise if you can help - Thanks!
