1986 vw golf not starting

m getting fire to all cylinders as well as fuel. but it just cranks wont do anything else. no sputters or anything like it may start.im at a loss.

Well if its firing and you have fuel it sounds like the cambelt has broken have you checked that?

i looked it over again i am not getting fuel

can the fuel distributer be bad

Does the fuel pump run when you just turn the ignition on it primes the system before you try and start the engine can you hear it buzzing?

yea it does the fuel filter is new as well
