I have a 1995 vw cabrio, we have changed the fuel pump relay,but the car still won't start every time. Its like the fuel pump isn't coming on. Any suggestions? Would really like to drive this car more often!

 

Everytime when you turn the key to the on position, without starting it. Just go quickly to where the pump is and there should be a noise, which it means that is pumping fuel. If the car is not starting at all, even by turning it and no crank, then it might be something related with the ignition system. Usually what fails is the ignition switch. Let me know if u need more help.
