Default Power Window Fuse - Unable to Locate?

Hello Everyone

I have a 1999 Cabrio with power windows
that suddenly stopped working. They worked
when the car was last shut-off, but did not
work when started the next time.

Checked all options for what was or was
not working and the only other thing that
is not working are the power mirrors.

My first check was of course, the fuse.
Should be easy right? Well, it isn't.

The fuse for the power windows is not
in the bank of 22 fuses, but rather
"located above the relays". I'm not
sure "how" we're supposed to see above
the relays, but in order to do so, I
removed the knee bolster (if that is the
proper term?) and even though there is
a metal support in the way, the fuses
can be seen through gaps in the support.

According to the manual, the fuse is 20
amp and is Yellow.

The problem is . . . I can not see a
Yellow fuse. The fuses seem to be
randomly spaced throughout the area
above the relays and some are fairly
hidden. After extensive looking, and
moving some wire looms etc. out of the
way, I still can not find a yellow fuse.

So my question is . . . . How do I locate
the fuse for the Power Windows?

Thanks so much for reading and helping.

Brian
