Hey I was wondering if you guys know where to find a drivers side door latch actuator. I am having trouble finding a replacement. Mine wont latch so the door is always open lol

thank you, that web site doesn't have anything for cabrios, would a door latch from a golf work? i know they are pretty much the same

I found the part number for what i need (1H1837015N) but upon searching google and everywhere else no one has this part even junk yards. Has anybody found a replacement door latch with power locks?

Does anyone know if cabrio and golf door latches and interchangeable? I still cant find a replacement latch. I've been thinking i need to convert it to manual locks because I think they are available. If anyone has done this swap or ran in to this problem please chime in.
