I've got an '84 Rabbit Convertible parts car with a top in good shape - have a chance to buy an '89 Cabriolet - a good solid car, with a ratty top. How God-awful difficult would it be to swap entire top assemblies from one car to the other? If you've had any experience with such a swap, please shoot me an email - unless your answer (as I suspect) is too depressing!!!
