my 2004 beetle cabriolet hood is not opening properly!!!??...the top warning light comes on...hood opens ....the moving covers open...the hood goes almost all the way open but does not lock open...the signal tone does not sound and the moving covers do not close......i have checked for anything that could be in the way or blocking the hood....any help please...have you had a similar problem? and what was the outcome?
