Default 2001 VW Cabrio GLS - Wont accelerate past 10km/h

I need some help, My car won't accelerate past 10km/h and while driving it just sputters around and feels like it's going to stall. I did a little research to find that it might be a faulty TCM but, I am not sure where it is in the engine bay. Could someone send me pictures of the location?

Thanks!

You need to get your motor scanned (preferably with VAG-COM\VCDS) for any error codes logged in the ecu and post them, that will save a lot of guessing.
