Default 2000 Cabrio Ignition Issue

2000 Cabrio ABA 2.0 Manual Transmission.
Initially would crank, but no spark from coil.
Replaced coil, ECU & Distributor.
Engine now starts, but only fires on cyl 1-3 and weak to no spark on 2-4.
All timing marks line up and distributor is positioned correctly.
Tach operates while running.
What should I try next?
Been working on this issue for 2 months now and ready to set it on fire!

Thanks In Advance.

First job is need to get your motor scanned (preferably with VAG-COM\VCDS) for any error codes logged in the ecu and post them, that will save a lot of guessing.
