1998 vw cabrio convertible sudden loss of power
cabrio ran excellent. 70000 original miles..
Manual transmission, great running car.
Suddenly 1 day it at first seemed to be jumping out of gear..
Upon testing it ...it was actually a sudden loss of power far as it will start and as soon as you try to accelerate it bogs down and wont accelerate..
the engine is fine,, the transmission is fine..
I with some help can't pinpoint what the problem that...any idea in what to check ..i really love this car and want to keep it
