Default 1998 Cabrio oil leak

I just bought a 98 Cabrio and noticed it has a nice oil leak on the driver side of the motor. It looks like it may be coming from the top radiator hose where connects to the block. I wouldn’t think that’s the spot butt can’t see any thing. The valve cover gasket appears to be dry all the way around. Thanks

I am having the same issue. Imine looks like the circular area under the oil fill cap, on the driver's side of the engine. Is that a know leak point, or is it more likely the valve cover gasket?

my oil leak was coming thru the oil pressure switch and the coolant leak was a bad gasket on the housing just below pressure switch.
