1996 Cabrio Check engine light

I just had my oil changed and after driving about 30 miles the check engine light came on, I don't have a manual and need help. Can someone help me determine why? Thanks

Its just a coincidence that you changed the oil.

You really need to find someone with VAG-COM\VCDS to do an Autoscan to see what error codes come back.
