VW Beetle just for girls?
#2
I'm a guy and have driven a 2000 New Beetle (limited edition vapor blue) for 10 years. I felt very cool when I first got my car, but over the years and as I have aged, I don't feel as cool! People tell me I have a cool car, but you're not going to see a lot of guys driving New Beetles, it's just that simple. I'm gradually having more problems out of my car, most recently a side airbag needs to be replaced and will sit me back $725. My next car is going to be a practical, respected car, such as a Honda or Subaru. I need more passenger and cargo room, which most guys are going to want. I have almost 130k on my car, and the good news is it's still running with no major engine problems... just a lot of small electrical things that add up over time. My New Beetle driving years are numbered!
