Default Turn Signals not Working

Hello there

I'm a new member and I was hoping to collection some information regarding a 2001 Bettle. I don't own a Bettle but my gf does and she is so happy with the vehicle. Unfortunatly the isse is that the turn signals won't work. Some of my friends assume that could be a fuse but I'm posting a thread to see if its repairable where I can go to any autostore and pick up the part that's needed or as usual take it to the dealer. I appreciate the info.

Thanks

It is either a fuse or the signal flasher. The flasher is located on the relay panel above the pedals and to the left. And you can get one at any parts store.
