Default Please help

I have just become the owner of a 1972 super beetle and have a problem. When i turn the wheel, like in a curve, the front end shakes like it is going to fall out of the car.The front end was supposed to have just been rebuilt (?) but the guy said that he didnt get around to linning up the front end. I took it to alignment shop and they aligned it .Drives perfect going down the road until you get in a curve. What should I look for. Why would the shop not have noticed anything that would cause this.

OK,

Check your balljoints on both sides and if that does not work maybe check your calliper's, take them for a sceem.

Hope I could help.

front trackarm bushings
fallow the ball joint arm up to the center of the car there is a 17mm bolt holding them to the body look at the bushings there they are probably cracked
that will make them shake like mad
you dont have a caliper problem you have drum brakes
