I have a 2004 convertible beetle. Bought it new & its in excellent condition. I don't plan on getting rid of it any time soon. I recently had the little silver button on the tip of my emergency brake break and when I went to the dealer to get a new one they said I had to buy the entire brake handle assembly which is over $200! Does anyone know how/where I might get this replacement part at a reasonable cost? Anyone out there collect them? I need one...
