Default OK, who has the magic touch for old paint?

I need to get Bella repainted, but, until then, I want to make her paint look as good as possible. I live in the desert and it is murder on paint between the UV rays and the wind and sand. I think that Bella has been a desert Bug for a while because she does have some sun damage. Is there anything I can do in the meantime to polish her up? It bothers me but I do not have the money to get her painted just yet.
