The indicator on my 2002 Beetle is clicking wildly when its turned on.

Both the actual light outside and the interior clicking/flashing are very fast.

Had this problem and the dealer said they had fixed it.

Now im out of warranty and it has come back. Does anyone have any quick fixes I could use or a link to a solution

im not sure about this, but iheard that that problem is proboly a short in the blinker wires maybe.
