I have a 99 Volkswagen Beetle, the instrument panel is malfunctioning and i do not have a clue as to why, after it is started when you throttle up the gages and lights will all shut off but, if you turn on the heater full blast they will work again, sometimes if you activate the turn signal, but when they shut off the ABS light comes on any suggestions?
