I've got a 2001 beetle, more than likely an easy fix but my fuel tank door won't open from the switch, looked for a designated fuse couldn't find one, did get the door to open by pulling the cable, thank you owners manual ! There is no usual noise from the switch , does this share with anouther fuse, if so which one? Any help would appreciate, Thanx!

 

All you have to do is look for a blown fuse in the entire
fuse panel, best to use a 12 volt test light to ck them.
