Default Electrical issues

Hello,
I'm facing several problems with my 2000 2.0 manual shifting New Beetle:
1. The horn doesn't work. It is usable only some times. If the alarm goes off, the horn is working.
2. The tail-board won't open from my remote control, it opens from the switch inside the car.
3. The fuel hatch can't be opened from inside the car with the switch. Looks like the hatch is all the time open.
4. My wipers are moving too slowly.
5. My windows won't go up properly, they move up too slow and sometimes won't close at all totally. As the motor was too weak. When I hold down both of my window switches, my headlights blink for a sec.
6. My battery dies in 2 days, if I don't drive with the car. I've changed the battery, checked the generator. Only issue is that maybe my alarm is using too much power, it was at 0,19A when alarm is on. Can anybody verify their power consumption of alarm?

Any help is welcome with this long list of problems. Thanks!
