99 Beetle No power on Center Dash/ac/radio

99 Beetle No power on Center Dash/ac/radio
I have checked all the fuses, one of the 5 amp was bad so I replaced. Still no power on fan, lights around fan/ac controls, or radio. The lights around the switches had been out for awhile, but all of the other happened all at once. Both the AC fan and radio now have no power. Anyone have any ideas?
