i'm having trouble starting the car, the battery does not seem to hold a charge and i'm also having trouble getting it to even crank when it's hooked up to jumper cables, i have tried a new battery, what is the best way to test the alternator and also how do i go about changing the starter if the alternator turns out to be fine? the alternator has less than 20,00 miles on it
