Hey what upfirst timer here any way I got a mid 60s bug motor im not sure want it is,but the #3 spark plug keeps fouling out if anybody knows how to identify the motor or knows why the plug would foul out my ears are open. In case your wondering the valves are adjusted and cap/plugs/and wires are all new,the carb is on the rich side but its been runing ok for a while and the plug just started fouling out ever 20 miles or so. thanks for your time and happy bugging
