I was driving to work a little while ago, going about 55-60mph, and out of no where my 2003 Beetle started loosing power. It was like the gas was cut off. No warning lights, not bells or whistles, just a loss of power.

I am low on gas, but I am not in the red, the gas light has not come on. I have read Beetles have some kind of vapor thing with the gas. This has happened once before, and when I took it into the shop they couldn't find anything wrong with it.

Has anyone else had this, or does anyone know what is causing this?
