I just purchased a used '03 Beetle Convertible...the cup holders are all the way up under the dashboard and unless you have a tiny cup...nothing fits in them. I was wondering if anyone had found an extension or product that would fit over something else in the car to turn it into cupholders? What a bummer...I commute to work an hour one way and wasn't smart enough to check out the cup holders during the test drive!!

 

No doubt, I would like to meet the engineer who designed this, then slap him!
