rear valance trade?

I have an mk4 jetta and it has the rear valance (or however its spelled, the black peice at the bottom of the bumper) with the cut out for the exhaust, but since my aftermarket exhaust isnt going out right there im looking to trade someone who has that part with out the cut out.
