I'm trying to help a family member get rid of a 2004 Volkswagen Passat Sedan 4dr Sdn GLS Manual. A large branch fell on it during a storm and the interior was soaked. It was then covered and not dried out, so there is so much mold inside that perhaps it will just become a sentient being and drive off with the car and solve this problem. So my question is, should we try to sell this for parts or just have it towed for the scrap value? It ran fine last fall and I'll ballpark the mileage at 100k (I don't really want to open the door).
