Partially restored '72 Super beetle. Solid body, new paint, recently rebuilt engine. However, rear left fender needs replacement due to a hit and run and engine and wiring needs work due to recent fire in the engine compartment. Not sure, but I think a fuel line came out. All the mechanical parts are fine(the carb needs to be cleaned thouroughly) and ignition components also appear unharmed save for the wire that goes from the distributor to the coil. But, because of the burnt wiring, the car is not in running condition. Interior has been stripped, primed and is ready for new interior. The car has lots of potential and will easily resell for over 8,000 once done.
This is a great deal because the wheels, rims, master cylinder, front wheel clyinders are brand new(wheels alone worth 500). I will also throw in new floor pans(right and left, front to back), new rear wheel cylinders, new chrome t-bars(front and back), and complete window rubber kit. I am also willing to trade. I need a reliable car that will get me to and from USF daily.
Title is clean; odometer shows 98k; buyer is responsible for transportation.
