Angry Remote Start Stopped Working /electrical issues?

I have a new 2020 Atlas Cross Sport SE, really like it so far. Dont love it yet, but could eventually. Getting used to it all. First Ever VW.

I had been using the Remote Start both via key FOB and VW app as well. About a week or so ago i noticed the App stopped working. Getting a message "Report Start Not available" try later. I figure it was just an app/connection issue.

The last couple of days, i tried using the key FOB to remote start, and now, that doesnt work at all either.

Before this, i had the car on a few occasions not start back on for me via the Start/Stop feature, got a message saying Start Manually. The, the car completely stopped on me as i was pulling out of a drive way, not sure if it was the safety sensors due to steep driveway. Then, my SOS function went off suddenly while driving on the freeway, kinda spooked me thinking it was something more serious, it said "Service Vehicle". But later in the day, it went away.

Now, i cannot remote start.... all kind of a drag.... i had high hopes...

I guess i will have to bring it in to Dealer. Was just wondering if anyone else has experienced any of this on this or similar models, didnt see a thread for Atlas or Atlas Cross Sport.

thanks all!

It under warranty I assume get the dealer to fix this problem?

You need to get your motor scanned (preferably with VAG-COM\VCDS) for any error codes logged in the ecu and post them, that will save a lot of guessing and check systems out.

As I said in your intro we don't have an Atlas sub forum post your question in this section, thread moved.

it was fixed. They supposedly said that because my passenger side door latch was not secure it was the issue. I honestly don’t Believe them at all.

I am so disappointed in VW so far. Have made about 4 trips to dealer so far. Never had to go through this sleuth any other brands. And now I will be returning due to suspension issues. Sway bars making rattling/bouncing noises. So disappointed.
