Crafter 2013 2.0 TDI repair/workshop manual?

Hello,

Can someone help me find a PDF or even a physical copy of the repair/workshop manual for Crafter 2013 2.0 TDI?
I found only German copies on Amazon.de, and nothing else useful online.
